STUDIO POLICIES
All images are copyrighted by the photographer, Jennifer Reid. It is illegal and unlawful to email, scan, copy or reproduce Jennifer's work, in any manner or medium without express written permission. It is also illegal and unlawful to email, scan, copy, or reproduce the work of Donna Baker as she is employed with Jennifer Reid Photography.
You will be presented with approximately 30 images from your session. Though many more images will be recorded, any image with closed eyes, motion blur, or that does not meet Jennifer's quality standards will not be shown. Jennifer chooses to show only the best images for purchase consideration.
Your images will be presented to you via an online ordering system within two weeks of your session. Your gallery will remain online for 30 days. Requests to reload the gallery after expiry will incur a $25 reload fee.
Both In Studio and Online ordering is available. In Studio ordering appointments are recommended.
Your final print order will be ready for pickup or delivery approximately 2 weeks after your order is paid in full.
Deluxe Albums, canvas and or special orders may take a bit longer.
Jennifer will contact you via e-mail when your order is ready.
Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.
Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales are final.Image prices, products and services are subject to change at any time, however, you are 'locked in' to current pricing for 30 days following the date of your session.
All ordered images are kept on file for six (6) months following your initial order. Jennifer will then archive your images indefinitely.
All reorders after 30 days are subject to a $25 reloading fee and current image rates.
All unordered images are deleted after 90 days of photo session.
Payment is due in full when you place your order.
Customers (including out of town customers) are responsible for picking up their order at the studio. Any mailings costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer.
Images from multiple sessions may not be combined into one Session Album purchase, except in the case of a Maternity/Newborn package.
